That was the turning point for me and how I started creating my own scaling principles!

My core scaling principle, “To Scale, something has to increase or expand”

Over the years, I have discovered that even-though SCALING is hard, there is a SCIENCE behind it!

We moved from serving few customers in a month to thousands of customers monthly, 300+ distributors globally across Nigeria, France, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Kenya, UK, US, South Africa, Spain, etc with a workforce of 43 people.

Today, I am proud to lead my HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM with CLARITY, PURPOSE & JOY.
